@MobiKwik i am explaining problems with mobikwik faced by me.
1. Once my brother said do a Idea racharge of 205 rs. about 9PM and i did this rc via mobikwik because at that local shop are closed and i think this RC creates lots of problem and next day i asked my brother did the rc sucessfully , he said that i am waiting for internet rc but i did not got any confirmation and next day he recharged from local shop. RS 205 ka Loss hua.
Mobikwik team saying rc is successful but my brother say recharge nhi hua.
I don't understand who is telling lie. Either mobikwik or my brother.
Why did not mobikwik provide opeartor transaction id instead of mobikwik transaction id.
I mean that How i verify that RC is successful or not ?
2. Mobikwik time to time provide lots of cashback offer :-
We add money but when we applied coupon it shows error it happened with more than 5 times. why not mobikwik add a option to apply a coupon during we add money and after successful the cashback is automatically added.
moreover always mention that offer is valid for old user or not?
3. When we send a message to recahrge RC 27 8607###992 to 9211060000 then it creates a problem for ported number because it thing it is idea number but now i switched to Airtel. It deducted balance from wallet and rc is not successful, after 2 days my brother tell me "RC hi nhi kiya yaar tumne mujhe kitni emergency thi us time" Now i contacted mobikwik team they refunded money . It took 3 days money refunded in wallet and my brother is saying "pta nhi kaun si application se recharge karta h " How i recommend Mobikwik to other because it creates lots of problem.
4. Mobikwik automatically locked my wallet and i did not notice that my mobikwik wallet is locked and after 2 month my friend tell me about that and then i contacted mobikkwik team. Why not mobikwik telling user that your mobikwil wallet is locked?
5. When i recharge for other people via mobikwik i did not sure about RC is successful because more than 5 times , its create problem with me. Thats why i switched to freecharge.
if Mobikwik do something about these problem and came back with better service then mqy be i switch back to mobikwik.
